Product Agreement for The Law Firm Admin Bootcamp + Academyā„¢

  1. Agreement Overview

This Product Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between the undersigned customer ("Student/User") and Hiring & Empowering Solutions, LLC ("Provider") for access to The Law Firm Admin Bootcamp + Academyā„¢ ("Academy"). By enrolling, the Student/User agrees to all terms and conditions outlined below.

  1. Enrollment Terms

Upon enrollment in The Law Firm Admin Bootcamp + Academyā„¢, the Student/User will receive access to educational materials, resources, and content designed for training and development purposes. Access to the Academy is restricted to the enrolled Student/User and may not be shared, sold, or transferred to any other party.

  1. Refund Policy

Refunds for The Law Firm Admin Bootcamp + Academyā„¢ are only available under the following conditions:

  • Eligibility: The Student/User has NOT accessed the Academy, viewed the Welcome Video, or any module of the LFABC 12-Week Foundational course. Additionally, NO records should show that any videos or tools have been downloaded from the Academy. Access includes any form of logging in, viewing, downloading, or interacting with the course material in any way.
  • Written Request: The Student/User MUST request a refund in WRITING via email to [email protected] WITHIN three calendar days (72 hours) from the date of enrollment confirmation (email notification sent).
  • Refund Amount: If eligible, a full refund will be issued, minus an administrative fee of $250 plus any applicable credit card/banking fees. If a private onboarding or coaching call has been completed within the 72-hour period, an additional $175, per coaching session, will be deducted from the refund to cover the coaching service provided.
  • Non-Refundable Access: NO refunds will be given after 72 hours provided the above criteria has been satisfied and met.

By enrolling, the Student/User acknowledges and agrees to the terms of this Refund Policy.

  1. Academy Access and Completion Terms

The Student/User is responsible for all courses within the designated access period specified at the time of enrollment. Extensions beyond this access period are not available, and any incomplete portions of the Course will not entitle the Student/User to additional access or a refund. However, renewal options automatically become available at the end of the paid access period, allowing the Student/User to extend their Academy access if desired.

By enrolling in The Law Firm Admin Bootcamp + Academyā„¢, the Student/User acknowledges and agrees to all terms and conditions stated in this Agreement, including the Refund Policy.

This Agreement is binding and effective as of the date of enrollment by the Student/User.
