Product Agreement for The Law Firm Admin Bootcamp + Academyā„¢

  1. Agreement Overview

This Product Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between the undersigned customer ("Student/User") and Hiring & Empowering Solutions, LLC ("Provider") for access to The Law Firm Admin Bootcamp + Academyā„¢ ("Academy"). By enrolling, the Student/User agrees to all terms and conditions outlined below.

  1. Enrollment Terms

Upon enrollment in The Law Firm Admin Bootcamp + Academyā„¢, the Student/User will receive access to educational materials, resources, and content designed for training and development purposes. Access to the Academy is restricted to the enrolled Student/User and may not be shared, sold, or transferred to any other party.

  1. Refund & 100% Money-Back Guarantee Policy

Effective Date: September 8, 2025

This updated policy is effective beginning September 8, 2025. Any enrollments (purchases) made prior to this date are not eligible for the 100% Money-Back Guarantee.

Eligibility for Money-Back Guarantee:

The 100% Money-Back Guarantee is valid only upon the full, good-faith completion of the Program as designed and delivered over the twelve (12) week / ninety (90) day period. Any attempt to complete the Program in a single sitting, or through any method inconsistent with its intended delivery schedule, followed by a refund request, will automatically render this Guarantee null and void.

To qualify, the Student/Userā€™s team must actively participate in and complete the Program, which includes:

  • Completion of the 12-Week Law Firm Admin Bootcamp in its entirety.
  • Weekly Quizzes and Attorney Recap Video submitted to the attorney for review.
  • Attorney and all registered participants' attendance at the Strategic Kick-Off Call (must occur within 2 weeks of purchase). Absence of the attorney at this session nullifies the guarantee.
  • Attendance and participation in 1:1 Private Implementation Coaching Sessions at 30, 60, and 90 days by the attorney and team.
  • Weekly attendance in the Thursday Open Coaching & Growing Hours (live or replay if necessary).
  • Completion of homework assignments and program tools with documentation of progress throughout the 12 weeks.

Participation means showing up live (or via replay if unavoidable), completing assigned tools, and documenting progress through the program.

Request Process:

  • The 100% Money-Back Guarantee must be expressed at the conclusion of the 12-week/90-day program.Ā 
  • Refund requests must be:
    • Submission of assigned homework and implementation tools
    • Attendance records for 1:1 coaching calls
    • Confirmation of participation in kick-off call and all onboarding sessions (30/60/90 days)
    • Documented engagement in Thursday Open Coaching sessions (live or replay)
    • Submitted within 48 hours of program completion.

    • Accompanied by proof of completion of all program requirements. Acceptable proof includes (but is not limited to):
    • Our system tracks all logins, assignments, and activity with date and time stamps.
  • Requests must be made within 13 weeks of the enrollment date. Any requests beyond this timeframe (e.g., six months after program completion) will not be accepted.Ā Ā 

Refund Amount:

  • If all requirements are met and the Student/User is not satisfied with the results, a full refund of tuition will be issued.
  • Refunds will only be issued after the full 12-week program is completed.
  • No administrative or coaching fees will be withheld if the Guarantee conditions are fully met.
  • After 13 weeks, no refunds will be granted under any circumstances.

By enrolling, the Student/User acknowledges and agrees to these terms of the Refund & 100% Money-Back Guarantee Policy, effective September 8, 2025.

  1. Academy Access and Completion Terms

The Student/User is responsible for all courses within the designated access period specified at the time of enrollment. Extensions beyond this access period are not available, and any incomplete portions of the Course will not entitle the Student/User to additional access or a refund. However, renewal options automatically become available at the end of the paid access period, allowing the Student/User to extend their Academy access if desired.

By enrolling in The Law Firm Admin Bootcamp + Academyā„¢, the Student/User acknowledges and agrees to all terms and conditions stated in this Agreement, including the Refund Policy.

This Agreement is binding and effective as of the date of enrollment by the Student/User.
